1. What
equipment do I need to do the monthly workouts?
For the basic version of
the monthly workouts all you need is a set of dumbbells, a swiss
ball, a resistance band and a chinup bar. A bench or box would
also come in handy.
For the advanced
version of the workouts we will also be incorporating exercises
using balance boards, BOSU, TRX Suspension Trainer, medicine
ball and kettlebells. However you won't need all of this to
start with as you can do the more basic version of the exercises
for equipment you don't yet have.
2. How
often do I need to workout?
We recommend
you do 2-3 functional training workouts per week. However if the
surf is flat and you are into training, feel free to do more!
3. Do I need to have completed the 12 week Total Surfing
Fitness program?
No, but it
would be beneficial so you are familiar with the type of
functional training workouts that Total Surfing Fitness
uses. These workouts build on the original program.
4. Can I cancel my
